"In the April issue of Vanity Fair magazine, Mindy Lawton -- a Orlando, Fla.-area waitress -- said that Woods put her in touch with his agent, Mark Steinberg, when The National Enquirer learned of her affair with the golfer.
Woods said in interviews last week that people around him were unaware of the extramarital affairs that landed him in the tabloids."

Okay, it's not hard to believe Tiger fibbed on who else may have known, but let's consider the source of the contradiction above. A waitress being endorsed by a national magazine (remember when only the National Enquirer revealed this kind of crap?)revealing what was clearly a private agreement with a man she knew was married. She has no credibility, and unless you want to know what Tiger is packing in his tank, why would anyone want to know anything she had to say?
IMHO, this hot topic is sad, sad, sad. I know it sells, but so does crack cocaine...
Where do we draw the line Vanity Fair? Is there a line?
BTW I traveled all day yesterday through torrential rain storms and I'm still wringing out. I had the best Fish ever, from City Fish!

IMHO......Today!
Okay what's hot today, IMHO is misinformation.
Every day I receive email forwards, often of a political nature, that are full of half truths, erroneous accounts, and outright lies. Okay, so my friends evidently don't always think the absolute truth is so important; I guess they think the "spirit" of the thing is good enough.
When did this same attitude become acceptable in the media. I can't believe how many inaccuracies we read in the news each day. In today's Google.com/trends at #7 for hot searches was "Pete Rose's girlfriend."
The first article I clicked on was
http://www.sevensidedcube.net/entertainment/2010/pete-roses-girlfriend/
The article started off with "Charlie Hustler also know as Pete Rose, hall of famer and former baseball/manager showed up in Arreola-Kitchko match with his girlfriend Kiana Kim an Asian beauty and model in Playboy Magazine."
I wondered when the Baseball Hall of Fame changed their mind and inducted Pete Rose?
Guess what? They didn't. This isn't a blog, it was listed under "News" C'mon guys, I know this isn't the "hard news" but I'd like to think that a corporation the size of Google could send me to News sources that have some integrity. Hey maybe I should look up 'integrity' and see what I find. I did find a site that had integrity; http://xcellentcelldeals.com/
Real deals if you need a new cell. Cheers!
